Thank you for supporting the Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from delivery date with proof of receipt. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at merchandise@springsteencenter.org. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your returned item is received and inspected to confirm it is in original, unused condition, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the item. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you would like to request an exchange for an online order, please contact us at merchandise@springsteencenter.org with your order number within 30 days of delivery to initiate the process.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition before an exchange can be processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchange requests unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable at the time we receive your return, a refund to the original form of payment will be issued instead, unless you request store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or discounted merchandise
- Personalized or special-order items
- Limited edition items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Opened media (CDs, vinyl, etc.)
Gift Returns
- Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit with a gift receipt or other proof of purchase (such as original order number).
- Refunds are not issued to gift recipients.
